From some random seller on Amazon? Watch the heck out.

Make sure the seller is Amazon.com, not really-cheap-computers.com.

As long as it’s shipped and fulfilled by amazon, yes; that can still mean a third party seller using FBA. Take full advantage of the 30 day return policy.
