Alright, just making sure: Is WWDC 10 over?

If so, is it safe to buy a new MacBook Pro? I don't want to buy one then a month later an update comes out lol.

Thanks!

If you need it now - buy it! Just ordered the 13" base model for my gf... Refresh was back in April, so no new models soon...

I don't think there will be a new MacBook Pro until late 2010, just before xmas.
It might also be possible there won't be a refresh until 2011

I would be the next refresh will be in a mid-January 2011 - after Christmas and the return period following that. Alternatively, late October to have a new lineup for the holidays but that would only be about 6 months and MBP's are typically 8 months but this year all refreshes, except the MB has been on a longer cycle.

Bottom line - no need to wait, now is a good time!!!

Its never safe. Any tuesday can be an update to any Mac. It just unlikely a MBP update is coming but still possible.

Example, new TiBooks 15" came out in November, 2 months later, AlBooks in 13" and 17" show up.

Just remember, we recommend you buy them but dont blame us if a new one shows up next week.
