Is it safe to buy this MBP 17 inch now?

I haven't kept up with MBP in larger sizes and found this deal on eBay:

Is there anything I should ask about this product? I know I want the 17-inch, and as far as I can tell this is the latest release and the price seems right to me. Also it says it comes with Applecare so I guess I am covered.

On the surface I don't see anything wrong with it BUT remember that's not the BIN price. I expect it to get a little closer to $1800-1900 by closing since it includes Applecare.
