I'm running a 80gb partition of El Capitan that i've constantly been battling with for months. Every time i delete files my free hard drive space mysteriously disappears again. I think i've finally found the culprit with OmniDiskSweeper:
Is it safe to delete that folder? I don't want to break the system but i need the space.
Even if i could just delete a few gb of it so that i can use my system again properly for the rest of the week (right now there are 0 bytes fee space).
Or any other strategies to free up space? (i've deleted all non-essential stuff already. Even some stuff i regret deleting)
P.s. I'm aware that 80gb is way too small, and i do plan to reformat by entire hard drive next week (the HD is 1tb, that partition is 80gb), but for now there is audio work that must finish by the end of the week on the system the way it is.
