I'm not really sure what this means. I have installed ScreenFlow and then it says,

"It needs accessibility access to record your keyboard. During recording ScreenFlow optionally captures all key presses for display in your screencast"

Is it safe to give accessibility access?

Accessibility access gives apps privileges to manipulate software on behalf of the user – by simulating input such as key presses, gestures and clicks, for example – so some apps use it to enable features like that one. If the app is designed gracefully and it's telling the truth about capturing key presses – and you're not sure whether you want to enable it and don't need your keypresses recorded – then you should still be able to use the app's other features without giving it that access.
