I have a wireless charger on my computer desk and I’m wondering if it’s bad for my iPhone’s battery if I pick up the phone from the charger to reply to a message or whatever and then put it back on the charger and do this dozens of times a day?
From what I gathered being here over the years, it is fine. As long as you let it drain once in a while you should be good to go. I don't take advantage of the wireless charging as I don't really care for it. I have a phone stand on my desk but its just made to prop the phone up and thats it.
The only time I really plug my phone in besides on the charger right before bedtime, is in the car when its mounted to its Kenu airframe for me to use GPS or play some tunes.

I'm not aware of any issues ever being reported otherwise for any smartphone experiencing problems based on this. It's similar to me charging my Apple Watch through inductive charging multiple times a day, seven days a week, almost 365 days a year, which I have not experienced any issues.
