Is it safe to plug in two Seagate external Hardrives with external supplies into a iMac

As the title suggests I have two 8tb seagate external hard drives, which both use external power sources. My concern is can any harm be imposed onto my late 2013 iMac by running both these drives simultaneously to back up my data!. Marty
 
Thanks for the feedback, I am already using them as I speak and there seems to be no problems whatsoever.
