Is it safe to post entire Panic report online for help? (or is there any personal info?)

i want to try to trouble shoot kernel panics and probably posting the entire panic log online would be a good help and someone could look into it for me but im worried it might contain some personal info like passwords, ip address, computer name, mac address, or anything else.
is it safe? if not, could someone tell me which sections of the very long panic report could tell me whats causing it?
