Hello.
I have a MBP that I am running Windows 8.1 on in BootCamp. I have read some post around the net that people have had trouble with BootCamp after upgrading to Yosemite, although most of them where from the beta, I am still concerned. And was wondering if this still was the case, or if there is some safe procedure to follow to make sure that BootCamp is not broken?

The install would have to go very awry for it to affect bootcamp. I wouldn't worry one bit. I've upgraded my 2012 from Lion to Moutain Lion to Mavericks to Yosemite one on top of the others from the day I've had it and never had trouble with bootcamp.
