after reading some of the threads i got real worried about getting a good ipod touch. So is it safe to get an ipod touch.I was also wondering if all week 38's are good and if i were to get one on friday, wat week it would be....btw i'm canadian

From reading the forums here 99% of the 38's have no problems.
Your iPT will I would bet is a week 38 or 39.

I have to tell you, after seeing a good and a bad one side by side it really isn't worth all the hype that people make it. Sure, it's not perfect, but if you have to pause a movie on one screen and compare it to something else to truly see... it's not that important. Oh, and I have a good week 38. The comparison to mine was a friend's bad week 38, which he doesn't deem as enough to take the five minute drive to the store for returning.
