I'm still searching the painting app shown in this Apple's iCloud Ad http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DCjeSNomXrU (at 0:49)
It shows a girl panting a face on her iPhone and then continue it on iPad. Is it a Sketchbook app from Autodesk?

I finally find the answer. Yes the app was Sketchbook.
