Is it still possible to downgrade iOS 16.1.1 to iOS 15 on iPhone XR

Am having serious app reloads I’m background and worst of all terrible battery life, just lii it at 1% of battery health count today, can’t afford to stay put on this crappy software,,,,, any help?
