I have a Macbook Pro (15-inch, Mid 2009) and the battery is not lasting to much. I think I need to replace it...

Replace it if you think you aren't getting the battery life you need. Apple replaces batteries for ~$130.

415 cycles is getting on for replacement time Apple don't say exactly but 500 seems to be the life of a MBP battery.
