I pre order the iPhone 6 I kinda want the iPhone 6s+ is it to late to cancel it?

Look at your order. Is it still in processing (then you can cancel it), or in preparing to ship (you can't).

I ordered the 6s instead of the plus by mistake (clicked the wrong button) last week...they said it can't be canceled, all that all I could do is not show up to my appointment. Anyway gotta wait till the 26th to reorder now...this was for store pick up

Highly doubt it will work, but you could keep the appointment since your time is reserved and see if they have any general in stock of the device you want. That way you could exchange right then and there.
