I cracked the screen on my MacBook a couple months ago and have been using it with a monitor but now that I want a new computer. I'd like to sell my old one but I don't know if it's worth more than the cost of fixing the screen. Any thoughts?

depends..

if you can do the repairs yourself and what macbook you have. a computer shop or freelance tech is going to charge you a lot. if you can do the job yourself it will definitely be worth your time.

As a fairly decent reference, iResQ replaces MacBook displays for about $200 (pre-unibody) or unibody. Considering you'd probably have to cut more than $200 off the price if you sold it with a bad screen, it's probably worth doing.
