Hello, I have been using VMware Fusion 5.0.3 on my rMBP 15" running OS X 10.8.5. I installed Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit on the Bootcamp partition.

Is it worth to upgrade to Fusion 6? Is the speed improvement noticeable?

Thanks.

I find nothing compelling about version 6. Don't get me wrong, but if ver. 5XX is working well for you, I wouldn't spend the money on 6 unless it has something specific you need. I upgraded and I find nothing special about it.

Based on experience, sometimes upgrading leads to slower performance. I think it was from version 3 to 4.
