Is it worth getting an anti glare screen for my IMac?

I have a 20 inch IMac, and I was wondering is it worth getting an anti glare screen for it to reduce the flicker, because I can spend hours working in front of it, and don't want to end up blind by the time I'm 40.

I'm thinking of getting one for my Macbook as well.

I have a 27" iMac, bought 2 years ago now. It doesn't have an anti glare screen and I have to say it hasn't been a problem for me. I mainly work on documents, and occasionally play games. The glare hasn't been an issue for me, and I haven't experienced any disconfort either.
I think that the glare can be problematic if you do a lot of picture editing, as it can alter the way you see colors....
