iPod touch is it worth it?

Yes, it's only a matter of time until Apple releases an update with bug fixes.

there are a few problems, such as reported wifi problems but like already mentioned, it should be resolved soon.

Yes. It's worth $9.95 more though if you don't. I updated with a free download I found, and broke even with Apple. They stole $20 from me in January. I put the $10 update on two Touches for free. As for problems, I've seen none. Both Touches have been running fine.

is it still worth comparing it to a jailbreaked ipod touch??...As far as I know there are many more "free" apps via installer app....
