Is it worth upgrading a 2018 13" MacBook Pro to a 2019 MacBook Pro?

I have a 512 gb 2018 13" 8gb ram MB Pro that I absolutely love. I know I won't likely to get close to what I paid for it, but was wondering if the 2019 model is worth the upgrade for faster processor and upgraded keyboard? I currently have no speed issues with my 2018. Is it worth the upgrade or should I wait and see what 2020 has in store?

You'll get the updated keyboard if yours ever fails. The performance difference between the 2018 and 2019 is pretty small, so it's really not worth the cost.

So you're saying that if I need a keyboard replacement on my 2018 I will get the 2019 keyboard? Has this been confirmed?

Yes it has. Since both the 2018 and 2019 MBP have the same size keyboards, they are interchangeable. Therefore, if yours ever breaks, you will get the 2019 keyboard installed free of charge.
