Is iTunes 10.4 worth getting for 10.6.8?

I know that iTunes 10.4 is optimized for Lion, which I plan to upgrade to within the next week. But I saw it in Software Update and as the title says, was wondering if it is worth upgrading to while in 10.6.8?
