You can save the website you made in a separate folder where you can insert the url for the rss feed to work. you will have to upload manually though.

Of course you can, as I did recently. I registered a domain name and got web hosting. (easy with a lot of compaines like GoDaddy, iPower, etc) Then I used the iWeb "publish to a folder" option and uploaded (CyberDuck on Mac or the FTP built into Windows when at work) the contents of the folder to my new web host's server. Just export the site and upload to your server via FTP, easy as that.
