If you dont have acess to wifi at home or work or a family mbers house or a friends place or wherever.....theres always McDonalds!!!! Lol Oh ya grab a Big Mac or somethin tho cuz DLing a movie may take a while

Yes. You need something like 3G unrestrictor. Unfortunately, there is no jb for iphone 5.

There is a jailbreak for the iPhone 5, it just isn't out yet, BUT IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED TO WORK.

If you have an iPad 3 or another iPhone with Personal Hotspot enabled, or have a friend who can share a wifi network to you, then you can download files over 50MB over 3G/4G/LTE.
