Is "LCD colors" the best profile for Macs?

I know that "LCD colors" is the best profile for my Mac, so that it's useless calibrate to create another profile. Am I wrong?

If you really wanted to have the "best" colors you would need to purchase such a device.

Unless you have a specific need for exact color reproduction, I would just leave it on Color LCD. It works well and doesn't make a noticeable difference as other posters have mentioned.
