They are legitimate, but you have to look at what you wish to order. They may have remaining stock of old models. Some of the ones you listed were released in some part of 2012. None are of the current generation. That is probably why they are marked down from original pricing.

Mac Mall is an Authorized dealer. They've been around as long as Apple had their online store. Some of their deals reflect the prices of Education deals. But they act like any other retailer.
