Is MacBook Pro M1 Warranty + Apple Care Plus internationally accepted?

Hi,

It is my first time to purchase a MacBook with Apple Care Plus outside my home country. I am based in Bangkok, Thailand and I just purchased the MacBook Pro M1 and added an Apple Care Plus. I have some question, which I know very basic for others.

1. In case, I would be in USA or Singapore, would they honor my 1 year Warranty and Apple Care Plus?
2. In case of accident and I am in USA, would this be covered by Apple care plus?
