Is MacOS catching up in terms of games/indie games?

I'm not necessary talking AAA but I see more and more support from indie studios for macOS on steam the only reason I run a windows machine is for gaming but in the future maybe mac and console will have me covered!

 

[Future-Proof]

Steam has helped Macs come a LONG WAY from the old days of limited games available. Windows is still king for pc gaming, but I hope Macs catch up soon
