My MP7,1 turns sluggish and unresponsive after updating to macOS 15, and it has turned even worse after I updated to version 15.2 a few days ago, where the Mac no longer detects any Thunderbolt ports or PICE card I installed previously. The only way for me to solve it is to reset SMC every restart and pray it won't crash.

I would like to hear from any MP7,1 user with macOS 15 if you encounter the same issues. I have done an Apple diagnostic on it, but no problem was found.

Only can detect 1 graphic card installed

I have a 16 Core CPU and a Gigabyte RX6800XT GPU. Everything works just fine for me👍🏻

No issues here as well. The only thing is that my external LaCie USB3 backup drive is sometimes flakey and won‘t mount at startup but that was way worse with Ventura.

I had been using mmacOSSonoma smoothly until 3 weeks ago, when I decided to try Sequoia. The first issue I had was that all the GUI was very sluggish, and I needed to wait 2-3s for every click I made. After I reset the SMC and PRAM, it was slightly better, but I had to restart my computer after 4-5 hours of usage.

How can I tell which software caused this issue?

What do you have installed ? maybe something that runs at startup?
