Anyone know the status of Mactracker development?

Last MacOS version was 7.1.5, iOS 2.4.5 back in July.

Lots of new Apple devices released since then but, looks like there have been no updates, news, blogs or tweets from the developer since July.

Really like this app, hope it's not going dormant.

Thanks for any info.

I find that MacTracker, while helpful, doesn't seem to update as quickly as EveryMac.com, which is my preferred source for such information.

The program has never gotten frequent updates. It's always been periodic. It's designed more as an historical guide, for older machines, rather than an up-to-date listing of all the latest gadgets.

As one of the people who helps out with the IOS version were just ridiculously busy as of late.

Matoch, thanks for the info. We got the Mactracker update a few weeks after my original post. So, now it's all up to date with the new Apple devices and Mavericks info.

everytime I open mactracker it tells me there is an update. every product is up to date, ipad air, retina mini. All os versions etc.
maybe you have a super old version which does not check for updates.
