If I want to take Mail with me from one Mac computer to another, is there a single file to export??
Thanks.

Sushi,

I'm thinking of getting a Mac Air to take to the office with me. But I'd like to keep my Mail files consistent from Home Mac to Travel Mac Air.

If possible, set up your e-mail account as IMAP.

That way all computers that access the account will see the same thing. Auto-sync if you will.

I do this with multiple laptops, desktop and iPhone for multiple accounts. Convenient and works well in my experience.

Sushi,
Sounds like my Gmail account. I use that alot.
I have Contact groups set up for various items I save to, but I did have to input separate contacts into each group.

I like Gmail.

Can easily use the web version, on my Mac via Mail or on my iPod touch & iPhone via the mail.app. Very convenient and works well.
