Hi, selling my MBP 17" and trying to decide the max model of rMBP 15" or MBA 13". My MBP 17" uses HD. I got a few questions.
Q1. I read from the forum that the MBA 13" 2012 is generally faster than my MBP 17" 2010. How about graphics performance? The MBP 17" I have use Nvidia GeForce GT 330M. I don't play games but I do 3D graphics simulations.
Q2. In terms of running VMware Fusion, is the maxed MBP 13" 2012 faster than my MBP 17" 2010? I tried the rMBP 15" with Fusion installed. It was like running Windows on a Windows machine. Don't know how the MBA performs.
Q3. From a very large screen estate to the 13", will the font size be too small? I feel very comfortable using my MBP 17". The font size is good. It seems that I cannot change the system font size of the MBA. Right?
Q4. How is the real battery performance between the MBP 2010 17", MBA 15" max 2012 and the rMBP 2012 15"?
