Is MBP 2010 17" fully compatible with 4K and 5K displays?

Hello, my MBP has an Intel HD Graphics (288MB) and a Nvidia GeForce GT330M (512MB). Is it fully compatible with 4K and 5K displays? Can it drive two 4K/5K monitors?

Highly doubtful it can run even a single display. It's not listed anywhere here, and is older than any of those listed by several years.
