Why my processor is 2,6 ghz if I bought a Macbook pro retina late 2013 15-inch with the last option (now is 2,8 ghz)? maybe (i bought it this july) there has been an upgrade of 0,2 ghz?
Just going to the crossbar (apple) and it says so

Apple had a mild update on that system as they did with the 13 inch just a short time ago, and that very minute increase in cpu power is so darn small no one will even notice for what we do with the system. Does it bother you that much ?

There was a slight speed bump in late july. Honestly, unless you like to peg your processor at 100%, 100% of the time, you'd never notice the difference.

Mine is 2,6 ghz, the latest update is 2,8?

Yes, if you're asking what the update was. So what? Like I just told you, you'd never notice a difference in day to day usage. I don't understand if you're simply asking a question or complaining or whatnot.

The only way you could possibly notice is if you're constantly pegging your CPU usage at 100%, and even then, the difference would be very small.

I'd be more concerned about the RAM stuff than the 0,2GHz, which won't make a drastic difference. Having to pay 100-200€ more (I don't remember) to have 16GB, instead of having them in the base 15" model, would kick my nuts if I had bought it a month before the refresh.

No, my personal mbp is the best ever made by Apple. It is magical. It is not for sale; you cannot have it.

I do not understand what you mean.

Theyʻre having some fun with you. Donʻt take it too seriously. Next time you write a post, mention that English is not your primary language at the bottom of your post. That way members will try a bit harder to understand what youʻve written, rather than taking you literally.

In English, your post, "Is mine the best Notebook made by Apple?"

Sound like boasting, bragging, or some form of boasting in the form of a rhetorical question. Which I donʻt think was your intent.

What I think you meant to ask is, "Has there been a hardware refresh for MacBook Pros recently? Because I just purchased mine in July 2014, and I see that Apple is currently selling "newer" versions with 0.2 GHz processor upgrades."

The answer to your question is: Yes, there was a August 2014 upgrade to the MacBook Pro line. It included minor (0.2 GHz) processor upgrades and 16 GB of RAM for the base model 15".
