When I shake my iPad I hear a rattling. I thought it was the sim so I took it out but the problem persisted. Is my iPad broken? Will apple upgrade it to an iPad 2? Seeing as they don't sell the original madel.

Besides the rattle, is anything wrong? No, if they find the unit is defective, they will only give you an old iPad.

They still have iPhone 2Gs available for replacements. You will never get an upgraded model from Apple, they will always find another of the same model. Also like the other poster stated, as long as it works you won't get a replacement..

I don't think they do have any available. Also they defo do upgrade the product it happened to an iPod video I had they gave me a classic...

They still have plenty available for replacements, you will get an original iPad.

if your still under warranty they will replace it with the ipad but if you luck they might replace it with the ipad 2
