Hey there. Idiotically, I threw my iPhone at a door and here I am. I am wondering if my iPhone is repairable. It is completely broken in half with the front face plate all the way detached. Here is a picture!

Suggestion: if you're smart enough to throw a $500 phone at a door, maybe you're just a bit too smart to own a smartphone at all...

But I'd suggest get an OOW replacement for $150, or sell it for parts and buy an android or a used iphone.

Yes it is just replace the Digitizer/LCD which is the part that fell off you can find them pretty cheap for about $25 and up

I second that. Anything is fixable. I'd check websites like ifixit.com for the specific step-by-steps.

There are also SEVERAL mall kiosks in my local county mall that have iPhone repair with a warranty.

One question, OP. when you turn your phone on, do you experience any problems, other than the fact that you can't use the touch screen? If not, then you'll just have to glue the front plate back on, unless something else is broken.

glue it on? lol its more complicated than that. he will need this as the most likely bare minimum...

1. new scree/digitzer assembly
2. flex cable
3. most likely more parts.

If there is nothing else wrong with the phone, take it to a mall kiosk. Prices vary, but they will be cheaper than $150. You can even do a color swap if that's your thing.
