Is my Iphone backing up properly?

It seems like the last saved date for my iphone backup goes back to February? Why doesn't it show all the most recent times that I've backed up my phone as well? Planning to jailbreak and don't want to lose everything if I revert back.

Try to right-click (or Control-click) the iPhone in iTunes under Devices and choose Back Up, see if a more recent back up shows after that.
