Using Azureus. Just recently my NAT and DHT status have been off and on. Somedays both will be working, sometimes one or the other, or just not working at all, saying my ports are firewalled. My listening port number is open on my router, but it seems that's not what's causing the problem. I cleared Azureus' cache and even re-installed, but same results. Can an ISP make this happen?
