Is my Macbook Pro fried? Incl. video of problem

I was working on my 2015 Macbook Pro 15" Retina when the screen suddenly goes black.

I try to turn it back on, and a glitched screen flicks on for a few seconds, before shutting down the computer again.

Any idea what this looks like? I'm in panic mode.
