Ok. I noticed my mouse doesn't move as fast as it used to when I connect it to my Macbook (that is all I use it for). I verified my system settings and the Mouse is on the Fastest Possible "tracking." Batteries are fully charged, I even connected and disconnected. Is this a sign that my Magic Mouse in general is dying? I probably had this at least 2-3 years. Has anyone experienced similar?

Possible the optical sensor on the bottom is not picking up whatever surface you've got it on? Clean it off with rubbing alcohol and and a qtip, then try it on different surfaces to see if that improves the tracking - mousepad, paper, wood surface, etc.
