Is my MBP Ram Upgradable?

How can i find out, can any one please suggest me
I have 13inch late 2009 MBP, 2.53 ghz, 4b ram, 60gb ssd(which i swapped with 250 gb hdd).
I would like to replace 4gb ram with 8gb ram, is it changable?
please let me know guys

If you mean a 1x8Gb stick I doubt that will work. You need 2x4Gb sticks.

i found out they are on sale, so just making sure before buying
