Id assume it is was just curious.....
 
i havent noticed any difference to be honest. i don't remember it ever lagging on the ip4, but if it did, I'm sure it will run a little better on ip4s.

By far. Things that used to stutter now are completely smooth. All iOS functions are pwned by the A5. The Setting and Camera app take half the time to load and are now instantaneous, especially when snapping pictures.
 
Running my 4 and 4S side by side I can see a significant difference, but the 4 was always fast enough for me so I don't really notice it when using the 4S by itself.
