Is OpenCL being utilized fully already?

Anyone know how OpenCL is being utilized to it's fullest and if at all? Is it the job of the graphics card companies like Nvidia/Ati to make use of it fully?

Apps need to be coded to use Open CL and you need a graphics card capable of being utilized.
