Is power cable on Studio Display braided?

Is the power cable on the Studio Display a braided cable, the same material of the included Thunderbolt 4 cable? From various unboxing videos on YouTube, it appears to be so, but mine is a rubber cable.

Should it be a braided cable or not? Or does it differ from market to market?

Thanks for the info. Mine is just a regular rubber cable. I wonder if the cable materials differ from country to country. From most unboxing videos by US vloggers, the power cord appears to be braided.
