Is Quickbooks 2016 compatible w/Sierra &/or High Sierra?

I have not been able to find or comprehend a clear answer to the question, does Quickbooks 2016 (NOT online) work with Sierra and/or High Sierra? I have years worth of QB data and I don't want to pay a monthly fee to use the online system (which has proven untrustworthy and does not have features I want). Any help or experience with this? I know I can't be alone on this.

Thanks so much. Guess I need to consider new software. Any suggestions on that front?
