I have the latest ios8 on my iPhone 6 and wanted to know if anyone else had this issue? My safari constantly reloads pages even if I press the back button after say a minute. As I'm typing this I see the loading icon on top even though everything has already loaded on the page. I've turned background refresh off and still the same. Anyone?

Go to Settings, Cellular and scroll down to Safari. Make a note of this number and check it again later to see the amount of data being used by the service. At the bottom is a reset statistics if you want to clear everything and watch the data use for all apps. That should point to the one(s) using the data.
