Is siri really coming to next OsX?

It's not confirmed. As far as I know, Apple's next announcement is in June so it'll likely be announced (or not!) then.
 
Nothing is confirmed until Apple themselves says so. In fact, we don't know anything for sure about the next OS X (or whatever it might be called).
