Is SMS alert working now with 2.1?

I had the problem of text alerts not working, Since the update, I haven't missed one yet.
Tried out the "extra alerts" also. It does work, I ignored a text, it rang again about 5 minutes later, then rand again a little later than that.

Fingers crosssed,,,, but it seems like they fixed it!!!!

I recently obtained unlimited txting and now with 2.1 I have not missed an alert. I have been using my iPhone excessively tonight and am pleased to not have to reboot because the alerts become laggy/nonexistant. I'm very happy with it. I've sent 100+ texts tonight and I have no lag at all with numerous Apps being turned on and off... Very Happy!

Thank god they fixed it. Took them long enough. LOL. I hope tritone works now

I will just do it. There is no setting. Not sure how long the intervals are.

any guess on the intervals, bc i feel like i've gotten texts and there was only one notification....
