Now that SL has gotten to patch 3, I am starting to think about upgrading, but it looks like there are still a lot of issues being posted in this forum that makes it sounds like SL is still a little quirky.
 
It may not be quite as stable yet, from what I've heard. However, 99% of people have no problems now, so I'd go ahead and upgrade if I were you. No problems for me.
