Every time I open a large pdf file in snow leopard, preview crashes horribly, turning my mac into a slowpoke till i force quit Preview.Does anyone else has experienced this, I also have a friend that went through this, he has snow leopard too, so i'm guessing is a bug...

Is someone else's Preview crashing when reading large pdf files in Snow Leopard

I had no problems the first time, but after a while it started crashing, did you do and upgrade or clean install of snow leopard?
