i was in the apple store today and i was going to buy the mac pro but the salesman told me there are rumors that the new macbook pro will release today and the OS X Lion too

I don't know, but Apple has normally released their computers world wide in less than a week. Maybe your country's Apple site can help you? Or you nearest optometrist?

The Apple Store employees don't know anything about Apple's release schedule. Neither do other parties, except Apple, which will not divulge that information.
But you can see on Apple's official homepage what Macs have been released in the last 24 hours and what not, as there are plenty of models to go around, but since you posted in the MBP section, I presume you talk about the MBP, which has been updated yesterday (Thursday).
Also Lion will be released in Summer 2011 and will NOT be able to run on iPhones, as it is made for Macs. iPhones and iPod touches and iPads run iOS.

Maybe you should take a look at www.apple.com to learn more about Apple and its products. Or you shouldn't.
