iPhone 16e Is the 16e powerful enough to run Fortnite mobile on high graphics or should I get the 16 for that?

My current 13 only has 74% battery capacity left and it runs Fortnite horribly, was planning on upgrading soon anyway but I really want Fortnite to be able to run well when I upgrade but I don’t want to spend to much.

I know the 16e is missing a gpu core but can the 16e still run Fortnite well? Or should I spend more and get the 16?

There shouldn't be much difference with how well it runs between those two phones. The only concern I would have is whether the 16 is better at dealing with heat than the 16e in case it starts throttling.
